James is an experienced commercial litigator with a strong background in workplace relations.

James grew up in Ballarat and returned home in 2016 after spending ten years studying and working in Melbourne.

Prior to joining Nevett Ford, James spent several years working for a large national law firm, with a particular focus on workplace relations and safety. Through this, James gained extensive experience in a wide variety of disputes in state and federal courts and tribunals for numerous listed companies, government organisations and individuals.

James has broad experience in providing advice and solutions for clients in relation to a wide variety of disputes. He is dedicated to providing practical, timely, and cost-adjusted solutions to clients’ problems, and is passionate about ensuring his clients understand their position at all steps throughout their dispute.
