Kent is a lawyer in our Corporate & Business Law Practice Group. He qualified as a lawyer in 1996, working in Darwin and London before transferring to Victoria in 2003.

As a business law specialist, Kent gives clients practical, high-quality advice and prepares clear, easily-understood commercial documentation. He provides a wide range of legal advice focusing on contractual agreements, franchising and business transactions. Kent has been involved with multiple wind farms, both in Victoria and interstate, advising farmers on wind farm agreements and negotiating a better deal for them. Kent also practises in wills, superannuation and estate planning.

Kent is active in the community. He is:

·Vice President (Senior) and a Board Member of John Curtin Aged Care Inc, a community owned non-profit facility providing permanent and respite care to older citizens in Creswick; and

·Secretary and Committee Member of Creswick Soccer Club Inc.
