Putting people first
Our philosophy of ‘people first’ extends beyond the walls of our practice and into our community. As part of our commitment to the community, we provide pro bono legal advice to a number of individuals, charities and not for profit organisations.
Through the E D Black Charitable Trust, we manage a grant program providing financial support to charitable organisations, projects or causes. The Trust has in the past made donations to various local not for profit organisations including 3BA Christmas Appeal, Breezeway, Fishes & Loaves and the Fiona Elsey Cancer Research. We also support the Cancer Council of Australia by preparing wills and power of attorney for those in need particularly in the Bacchus Marsh and Melton areas for no fee.
